SoftONE-NEST este un program CAM care realizeaza nestingul de repere in vederea taierii automate cu masini CNC (comanda numerica) care folosesc tehnologii de taiere metale cu laser, plasma, Oxy gas, Jet apa. Aplicatia dispune de functii avansate pentru aranjarea pieselor in mod semi-automat sau automat (autonesting). De asemenea, aplicatia include si post processoare integrate care realizeaza conversia nestingurilor (pieselor aranjate pe foi de tabla) in format NC (G-Code si ESSI code). Cateve dintre masinile CNC suportate de aplicatie: ESAB, MESSER, KOIKE, FICEP, SOITAAB, TRUMPF. Controllere CNC: BURNY, FANUC, MACH3 etc.
Se pot adauga postprocessoare customizate in functie de masinile/CNC -urile clientului.
Aplicatia foloseste baze de date microsoft si a fost proiectata sa lucreze in retea astfel incat mai multi utilizatori pot lucra pe acceasi baza de date / proiect.
